About the Role

SELLASTIC is looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to manage customer communication across the order lifecycle. You will be the voice of our brand, ensuring every customer has a smooth, helpful, and positive experience from order confirmation to post-purchase support.

Key Responsibilities

• Call customers to confirm orders placed through our website and verify order details before processing.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service, resolving queries over the phone.
• Handle warranty-related requests, guide customers through the warranty process, and process claims accurately.
• Follow up with customers to collect feedback and encourage product reviews.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, orders, and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, warehouse, etc.) to resolve customer issues.
• Meet daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills in [Hindi / English / regional language — specify].
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or a similar role preferred.
• Polite, patient, and persuasive phone manner.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with order management or CRM tools.
• Ability to handle customer concerns calmly and professionally.
