Job Description
1. Academic Leadership
- Provide strategic direction for academic excellence and curriculum implementation.
- Ensure effective teaching-learning processes and adherence to educational standards.
- Monitor student performance and implement improvement strategies.
2. Administration & Operations
- Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the institution.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations, board norms, and institutional policies.
- Manage infrastructure, facilities, and resource utilization efficiently.
3. Faculty Management
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Promote professional development and capacity building for faculty.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work culture.
4. Student Development
- Ensure holistic development of students through academics, extracurricular, and co-curricular activities.
- Maintain discipline, student welfare, and counseling support.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
5. Parent & Community Engagement
- Build strong relationships with parents, alumni, and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular parent meetings and address concerns effectively.
- Represent the institution in community and external engagements.
6. Strategic Planning & Growth
- Develop and execute institutional growth strategies.
- Introduce innovative teaching methods, digital transformation, and industry-relevant programs.
- Enhance the institution’s reputation and student admissions.
7. Financial Oversight
- Prepare and monitor budgets in coordination with management.
- Ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
- Support fundraising, CSR collaborations, and partnerships where applicable.
8. Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure adherence to accreditation standards, statutory requirements, and quality benchmarks.
- Implement policies for safety, ethics, and institutional governance.
- Maintain records, reports, and documentation for audits and inspections.
Key Responsibilities:
