4. Student Development

• Ensure holistic development of students through academics, extracurricular, and co-curricular activities.
• Maintain discipline, student welfare, and counseling support.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

5. Parent & Community Engagement

• Build strong relationships with parents, alumni, and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular parent meetings and address concerns effectively.
• Represent the institution in community and external engagements.

6. Strategic Planning & Growth

• Develop and execute institutional growth strategies.
• Introduce innovative teaching methods, digital transformation, and industry-relevant programs.
• Enhance the institution’s reputation and student admissions.

7. Financial Oversight

• Prepare and monitor budgets in coordination with management.
• Ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
• Support fundraising, CSR collaborations, and partnerships where applicable.

8. Compliance & Quality Assurance

• Ensure adherence to accreditation standards, statutory requirements, and quality benchmarks.
• Implement policies for safety, ethics, and institutional governance.
