Position : Field Service Engineer

Location: Pan India (Extensive travel required for field service, installation, and customer support activities)

Qualification:

• Diploma in Engineering (Relevant Stream)
• B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or related disciplines
• ExperienceFreshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with relevant field service, maintenance, installation, or customer support experience will be preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting Salary: ₹15,000 per month
• Performance Review: Salary will be reviewed after 2 months and revised based on individual performance and competency.
• Food Allowance: Company-sponsored food expenses during official travel.
• Accommodation: Company-provided accommodation or room allowance during official assignments.
• Travel Expenses: Covered by the company for official field visits and customer support activities.

Role Overview:

The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and servicing of equipment at customer locations across India. The role requires strong technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, customer interaction capabilities, and a willingness to travel extensively.

Key Responsibilities :

• Install and commission machines/equipment at customer sites.
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Diagnose technical issues and provide effective troubleshooting solutions.
• Conduct machine testing and performance verification.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers.
• Deliver operational and maintenance training to customer personnel.
• Prepare service reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company procedures.
• Travel across India as required to support customer installations and service requirements.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good communication and customer-handling abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.
