Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Jewellery Industry

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive sales for our jewellery business. The candidate will be responsible for visiting retailers, distributors, and potential customers, showcasing jewellery collections, and building strong business relationships. The role requires a good understanding of jewellery products, market trends, and the ability to quickly learn and communicate product value effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit jewellery retailers, showrooms, and potential clients in the assigned territory

Promote and sell jewellery collections (gold, diamond, silver, or fashion jewellery)

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers

Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the organization

Conduct product presentations and explain design, quality, and pricing details

Collect market feedback, customer preferences, and competitor insights

Ensure timely order collection, payment follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams

Represent the brand professionally in the market

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Basic understanding of jewellery products, designs, and pricing (training can be provided)

Technical aptitude to understand product specifications and billing systems

Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new collections and trends

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Team player with a collaborative approach

Self-driven, target-oriented, and disciplined

Mandatory Requirements (Assets):

Own 2-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory for field travel)

Personal power bank for uninterrupted work during field visits

Wireless earphones for efficient communication on the go

Other Requirements:

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory

Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment

Prior experience in jewellery sales or retail is preferred (but not mandatory)
