Job Summary:
A Telecaller is responsible for making and receiving phone calls to communicate with customers, promote products or services, generate leads, handle inquiries, and maintain customer relationships. The role requires excellent communication skills, customer service abilities, and a professional telephone manner.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Answer incoming customer calls and inquiries.
- Explain company products, services, and offers.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for sales teams.
- Follow up with customers regarding products, services, or payments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call details.
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues when necessary.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and performance targets.
- Update customer information in the CRM system.
- Required Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
- Preferred Experience0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
