Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a passionate, target-driven, and customer-focused Travel Sales Consultant who can convert travel enquiries into confirmed bookings while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, destination knowledge, and a strong sales mindset. ------------------------------------------------------------

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle inbound travel enquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, website, and social media. • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable domestic or international holiday packages. • Prepare and share customized quotations within the defined turnaround time. • Follow up with customers regularly and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings. • Achieve monthly booking and revenue targets as assigned. • Maintain complete and accurate records in CRM. • Coordinate with the Operations Team for smooth booking execution. • Cross-sell and up-sell flights, hotels, visa services, insurance, sightseeing, and other travel products. • Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals. • Resolve customer queries professionally before and after booking. • Stay updated with destination knowledge, promotions, airline offers, and travel trends.
