Job Description
Urgent Hiring: Part-Time Front Desk Office Executive (Female)
We are looking for a Female Front Desk Office Executive for our office in Viman Nagar, Pune (411014).
Location Requirement:
- Candidates must be residing in Viman Nagar (411014) or nearby areas.
English Proficiency:
- Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Only candidates with strong English communication skills will be considered.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle client calls professionally
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Data entry and CRM back-office management
- Fee estimation
- Client follow-ups
Eligibility:
- Graduate (minimum qualification)
Work Schedule:
- Part-Time: 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM (4 hours + 30-minute break)
- One weekly off
- National holidays applicable
