Job Description
ELECTRICIAN JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Electrical installation and maintenance
- LT panel operation and maintenance
- DG set and UPS operation
- Transformer and motor maintenance
- Cable termination and fault identification
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance
- Reading electrical drawings and single-line diagrams (SLDs)
- Use of electrical testing instruments such as multimeters, clamp meters, insulation testers (megger), and earth testers
- Basic knowledge of fire alarm and emergency electrical systems
PLUMBER JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Plumbing installation and maintenance
- Water supply and distribution systems
- Sanitary and drainage systems
- Sewage and storm water management
- Pump operation and maintenance
- Leak detection and rectification
- Pipe threading, cutting, welding, and jointing
- Reading plumbing layouts and drawings
- Knowledge of plumbing tools and testing equipment
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance
MST JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Electrical maintenance

- HVAC operation and maintenance
