Program Coordinator

At Brainmoto, we work with schools across India to deliver structured Learning Skills (motor & cognitive) development programs. Execution on the ground is critical—and we need someone who can drive, track, and ensure consistent execution across multiple schools from the office.

🎯 What You’ll Do

Monitor program execution across multiple schools

Follow up with school SPOCs via calls, WhatsApp, and email

Ensure sessions, assessments, and activities are completed on time

Track daily progress, pending tasks, and delays

Maintain daily trackers, school-wise status, and assessment reports

Coordinate with internal teams (Ops, Tech, Content, Logistics) to resolve issues

Identify gaps and push tasks to closure

Google Sheets (trackers & data handling)

Google Forms, Drive, Gmail

WhatsApp (school coordination)

LMS: Moodle
