Urgent Hiring – Senior HR Executive (IT Company)

Location: Sector 24, Gurugram

CTC: Up to ₹36 LPA (Based on experience and skills)

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive to join a leading IT company in Sector 24, Gurugram.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant HR experience in an IT company
• Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, especially IT hiring
• Hands-on experience in HR operations, employee engagement, onboarding, performance management, and HR policies
• Good knowledge of labor laws, payroll coordination, and HRMS
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• MBA/PGDM in HR or a related qualification preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for technical and leadership positions
• Partner with hiring managers to fulfill manpower requirements
• Handle onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations
• Maintain HR records, HRMS, and support payroll activities
• Drive employee retention and organizational development initiatives

Location: Sector 24, Gurugram

Salary: Up to ₹36 LPA
