Qualification: ITI (Refrigeration & Air Conditioning / Electrician / Fitter) or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

Experience: Fresher to 3 Years

• Job ResponsibilitiesAssemble, install, and test HVAC equipment and components.
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
• Read and understand technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and work instructions.
• Ensure proper installation of compressors, condensers, evaporators, and related components.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments safely.
• Follow quality standards and company SOPs.
• Report technical issues to the supervisor and assist in resolving them.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety at the work area.
• Follow all EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) guidelines.
• Required SkillsBasic knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Understanding of electrical wiring and mechanical assembly.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work in shifts and overtime if required.
• EligibilityITI (RAC, Electrician, Fitter) or Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical).
• Freshers are welcome; experienced candidates preferred.
• Age: 18–45 years (or as per company policy).
