Customer Relations Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, customer-focused, and energetic Customer Relationship Executives for our Mohali, Chandigarh & Zirakpur Branches to manage customer interactions, ensure excellent service standards, and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and the ability to handle customers professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle walk-in customers and provide excellent customer service
• Explain company products, services, and procedures to customers
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Follow up with existing and prospective customers regularly
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally
• Coordinate with branch operations and internal departments
• Maintain customer records and update CRM/data systems accurately
• Support business development and customer retention activities
• Ensure smooth customer onboarding and documentation process
• Achieve assigned customer engagement and service targets

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline
• Freshers can also apply
• Experience in customer service, sales, banking, NBFC, or retail will be an added advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills
• Positive attitude and customer-handling ability
