Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Staff member to support our day-to-day administrative and operational activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining records, preparing reports, handling documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update company records and databases.
- Prepare reports, invoices, and other business documents.
- Handle data entry and ensure accuracy of information.
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, and operations teams.
- Manage emails, correspondence, and filing systems.
- Track orders, payments, and customer-related documents.
- Prepare MIS reports and maintain Excel sheets.
- Assist in inventory management and documentation.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
