Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Commercial & Contracts professional to independently manage tendering, railway billing, contract administration, price variation calculations, and commercial documentation for railway infrastructure projects.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with Indian Railways, RVNL, IRCON, RITES, DFCCIL, or reputed Railway EPC contractors.
Responsibilities• Prepare and submit Government tenders through IREPS, GeM and CPP Portal.
• Study Tender Documents, BOQ, GCC and SCC.
• Prepare RA Bills, Final Bills, Extra Item Bills and Variation Bills.
• Prepare Price Variation (PVC) Bills.
• Draft professional letters, notices and contractual correspondence.
• Prepare DPRs, progress reports and client submissions.
• Maintain contract documentation, BGs, insurance and commercial records.
