Assistant Project Manager

Job Description:

We are hiring for a Project Manager Assistant for its Bengaluru real estate development projects. The candidate will support project managers in planning, coordination, documentation, reporting, vendor follow-ups, site visits, and compliance tracking.

Responsibilities:

• Support senior project managers in planning and executing real estate projects
• Maintain project schedules, task trackers, milestone logs, and progress updates
• Prepare weekly project reports, meeting minutes, and progress summaries
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Monitor site activity and follow up on contractor/vendor deliverables
• Maintain project documentation including contracts, permits, RERA filings, approvals, drawings, and change orders
• Track project budgets and validate vendor invoices against approved scope
• Assist with client presentations, project proposals, and internal reports
• Schedule meetings, site visits, and project logistics

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in real estate, construction, or project coordination
• Strong freshers with relevant internship experience may also apply
• Good understanding of real estate development lifecycle
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Knowledge of RERA, BBMP, BDA, or KSRERA is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace
• Knowledge of MS Project, Zoho Projects, Asana, AutoCAD, or similar tools is an advantage
