Job Description
Job Title: Home Theatre & AV Installation Technician
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Home Theatre & AV Installation Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in installation, wiring, and commissioning of home theatre and audiovisual systems.
- Job Responsibilities:Installation and setup of Home Theatre Systems, Projectors, Speakers, AV Receivers, LED Displays, and Automation Systems.
- Perform cable routing, wiring, termination, and soldering of AV cables and connectors.
- Carry out wall mounting, ceiling mounting, projector mounting, TV mounting, and speaker installation.
- Operate power tools for drilling, cutting, and fabrication work as required.
- Install and configure amplifiers, processors, conferencing systems, and related AV equipment.
- Read and execute installation drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic AV system issues during installation and commissioning.
- Ensure all installations are completed safely, neatly, and to professional standards.
- Coordinate with clients and team members during project execution.
- Candidate Requirements:Experience in Home Theatre and Professional AV installation preferred.
- Knowledge of soldering, cable termination, crimping, and electrical wiring.
- Experience with drilling, wall mounting, ceiling mounting, and fabrication work.
- Basic understanding of audio, video, networking, and electrical systems.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely.
- Willingness to travel for installations and site visits.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and own a two-wheeler.
- Physically fit and capable of working at heights when required.
- Good communication skills and professional attitude.
- Preferred Qualifications:ITI / Diploma / Technical certification preferred.
- Experience in Home Theatre, Conferencing, PA Systems, or LED Wall installations will be an advantage.
