Position:

Site Engineer / Project Supervisor

Job Location:

Mumbai & Maharashtra (Project-based travel may be required)

Experience Required:

2–8 Years (Experience in facade, elevation, structural or roofing projects preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth execution.
• Coordinate installation of facade systems, ACP, HPL, aluminium, glazing, structural steel, roofing and external ceiling works.
• Plan manpower deployment and monitor daily productivity.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, clients and main contractors.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, shop drawings and fabrication details.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and quality standards.
• Monitor project schedules and maintain progress reports.
• Manage subcontractors, labour teams and material requirements.
• Conduct site measurements and quantity verification.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company procedures.
• Resolve site issues and coordinate with the head office for technical support.
• Prepare daily work reports and project documentation.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of facade systems and external building envelope works.
• Experience in ACP, HPL, aluminium glazing, MS structural fabrication and roofing.
• Ability to read AutoCAD drawings.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability.
• Leadership skills to manage labour teams.
• Knowledge of quality control and safety practices.
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Email).

Preferred Qualification

• Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering
• Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
• Construction Management or equivalent qualification
