Job Description
- Call prospective customers and explain available loan products
- Generate leads through outbound calling and follow up on inquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan options.
- Explain eligibility criteria, interest rates, EMI, and documentation requirements.
- Collect and verify customer information and documents.
- Assist customers throughout the loan application process.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and internal teams for loan processing.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM.
- Follow up regularly with customers to ensure loan closure.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and provide prompt resolutions.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of banking and loan products.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to work under sales targets
Customer-focused approach.
