Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate market.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, digital platforms, and site visits.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct property presentations and arrange site visits for customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales successfully.
- Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and legal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM software.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Develop relationships with brokers, channel partners, and corporate clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and business development targets.
- Prepare regular sales reports and business development updates for management.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Knowledge of the real estate market and property sales process.
- Lead generation and client relationship management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Strong presentation and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales or business development (freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered).
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel locally (preferred).
