Job Title: SAP Functional Trainer
Location: Pallavaram, Chennai
Salary: ₹23,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on Experience)
About the Role
Immek Softech Academy is looking for a knowledgeable and passionate SAP Functional Trainer to train and mentor students in SAP functional modules. The ideal candidate should have strong SAP domain knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and guiding aspiring professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver classroom and online training on SAP Functional modules.
Prepare lesson plans, training materials, assignments, and practical exercises.
Conduct hands-on sessions using real-time business scenarios.
Guide students in understanding SAP concepts and business processes.
Evaluate student performance through assessments and provide constructive feedback.
Assist students with project work, interview preparation, and career guidance.
Keep training content updated with the latest SAP features and industry trends.
Coordinate with the academic team to ensure high-quality training delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in SAP Functional training or SAP implementation/support.
Strong knowledge of one or more SAP Functional modules such as:
SAP FICO
SAP MM
SAP SD
SAP HCM
SAP PP
SAP WM
Good presentation and communication skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
