🚀 We're Hiring: Area Sales Manager | Square Yards 📍 Pune | Real Estate | Full-Time
Square Yards, one of India's fastest-growing real estate platforms, is looking for a dynamic Area Sales Manager to drive business growth, lead high-performing sales teams, and build strong developer partnerships across the region.

🔑 Key Responsibilities
Business Growth
Drive sales targets and revenue growth for the region
Expand market presence and onboard new projects
Track market trends and competitive activity
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor a team of Relationship Managers and Sales Executives
Set targets, monitor KPIs, and drive team performance
Hire, train, and retain top sales talent
Operations & Execution
Ensure CRM adoption and sales process efficiency
Liaise closely with Developer Sales, CRM, and Sourcing teams
Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies
Customer Experience
Champion transparent, customer-first sales practices
Handle escalations and ensure smooth deal closures
✅ What We're Looking For
Graduate / MBA preferred
3–6 years of experience in Direct Sales or Real Estate Sales
2+ years in a senior leadership role
Strong track record of team management and target achievement
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
