Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call customers to schedule vehicle service appointments.
  • Remind customers about periodic maintenance and service due dates.
  • Follow up with customers after vehicle service to collect feedback.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to service, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Coordinate with the service advisor and workshop team regarding appointments.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
  • Inform customers about service offers, AMC packages, and promotions.
  • Resolve basic customer concerns or escalate them to the appropriate department.
  • Achieve daily calling and appointment booking targets.
