Electrical Engineer

We are looking for an Electrical Engineer responsible for designing, verifying, and supervising the electrical framework for individual project sites. The candidate will ensure that electrical layouts, installations, and site execution are completed as per approved drawings, technical standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and verify the electrical framework for individual sites.
• Prepare, review, and validate electrical layouts, wiring diagrams, single-line diagrams, and load calculations.
• Conduct site visits to inspect electrical work progress and quality.
• Supervise electrical installation activities at project sites.
• Ensure site execution is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with site teams, contractors, vendors, and project managers.
• Verify material requirements and support procurement planning for electrical works.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and company guidelines.
• Maintain site inspection reports, progress updates, and documentation.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of electrical design, layouts, and site execution.
• Ability to read and verify electrical drawings, SLDs, and technical documents.
• Knowledge of load calculations, cable sizing, earthing, lighting, and power distribution.
• Site supervision and contractor coordination skills.
• Good understanding of electrical safety standards and installation practices.
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability at site.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in electrical site supervision and project execution.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD / AutoCAD Electrical.
• Familiarity with BOQ preparation, material estimation, and testing procedures.
• Knowledge of local electrical codes and compliance requirements.
