Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Projects Coordinator to join our team at Doctors4Building on an urgent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage ongoing projects activities supporting site engineers.
- Read, interpret, and analyze technical drawings (CAD)
- Ensure smooth execution of projects within timelines
- Monitor project progress, site coordination, and reporting
- Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and clients
- Maintain proper documentation and project control systems
- Follow up on invoicing etc
Key Requirements:
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and drawing interpretation
- Proven experience in project coordination / project management
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in construction/building materials industry preferred
