Job Summary

Globiva Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring enthusiastic and motivated candidates for multiple Banking Sales and Customer Service processes. Candidates will be shortlisted based on their experience, communication skills, and interview performance, and will be assigned to the most suitable process.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle outbound sales and customer service calls.

* Promote banking products such as Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Loans, and other financial services (process dependent).

* Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

* Generate leads, close sales, and achieve assigned targets (Sales Process).

* Resolve customer queries and provide quality customer support (Customer Service Process).

* Maintain accurate customer records and follow company guidelines.

* Deliver a positive customer experience while meeting performance metrics.

Eligibility Criteria

* Minimum HSC Pass.

* Graduates and Undergraduates can apply.

* Freshers are welcome for eligible processes.

* Candidates with 6 months or more of Sales or Customer Service experience will be preferred for experienced roles.

* Basic to excellent English communication skills (depending on the process).

* Full-time candidates only (No pursuing candidates).

* Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary

* Freshers: Up to ₹18,000 In-hand

* Experienced: Up to ₹22,000 In-hand

* Selected banking processes offer CTC up to ₹25,000 along with attractive performance incentives.

Shift Details

* Fixed Day Shift and Rotational Shifts available (depending on the assigned process).

Week Off

* Fixed Sunday or 1 Rotational Week Off (Process dependent).

Candidates will be assigned to the most suitable process after the interview based on eligibility, communication skills, and business requirements.
