Compliance Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and ethical Compliance Officer to ensure that the organization complies with all applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and industry standards. The Compliance Officer will monitor compliance activities, conduct audits, identify risks, provide training, and support the implementation of effective compliance programs.

• Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments.
• Review business operations to identify potential compliance risks.
• Investigate compliance issues, violations, and complaints.
• Prepare compliance reports for senior management.
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities during inspections and audits.
• Maintain accurate compliance records and documentation.
• Conduct employee training and awareness programs on compliance policies.
• Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and recommend necessary updates.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with Legal, HR, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Master's degree or professional certification (preferred).
• 2–6 years of experience in compliance, risk management, audit, or regulatory affairs.
• Strong knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience with compliance audits and risk assessments.
