Job Description

काम की ज़िम्मेदारियाँ (Job Responsibilities):

  • नए ग्राहकों (Clients/Customers) से संपर्क करना और उनके साथ मजबूत व्यावसायिक संबंध बनाना।
  • कंपनी के प्रोडक्ट्स और सर्विसेज़ के बारे में ग्राहकों को सही जानकारी देना और उन्हें गाइड करना।
  • उत्तर प्रदेश (UP) के टारगेट मार्किट में बिज़नेस बढ़ाने के लिए काम करना।
  • ग्राहकों की समस्याओं और सवालों को समझना और उनका तुरंत समाधान निकालना।
  • अपनी टीम और सीनियर मैनेजर्स के साथ मिलकर सेल्स और रेवेन्यू टारगेट को पूरा करना।

ज़रूरी योग्यता (Requirements):

  • अनुभव (Experience): सेल्स, कस्टमर रिलेशनशिप या बैंकिंग/फाइनेंस सेक्टर में 1 से 3 साल का अनुभव (फ्रेशर्स भी अप्लाई कर सकते हैं यदि कम्युनिकेशन स्किल्स बेहतरीन हों)।
  • शिक्षा (Education): कम से कम ग्रेजुएट (Graduation) होना अनिवार्य है।
  • भाषा (Language): हिंदी बोलने में पूरी तरह निपुण (Fluent) होना ज़रूरी है। बेसिक इंग्लिश की समझ होनी चाहिए।

अन्य कौशल (Other Skills):

  • बात करने की कला (Good Communication Skills) और बातचीत सुलझाने की क्षमता।
  • अपने एरिया/लोकेशन की अच्छी जानकारी होना।
  • फील्ड वर्क और क्लाइंट्स से मिलने के लिए तैयार रहना (अगर आवश्यक हो)।
