Job Title: Banquet Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Banquet Manager to oversee banquet operations and ensure the successful execution of events such as weddings, corporate meetings, conferences, and social gatherings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing banquet functions while delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee all banquet events from setup to completion.
- Coordinate with clients to understand event requirements, menus, seating arrangements, and special requests.
- Supervise banquet staff and ensure smooth event execution.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure seamless service.
- Ensure banquet halls are set up according to event specifications and safety standards.
- Monitor food quality, beverage service, and overall guest satisfaction.
- Resolve guest concerns and handle last-minute changes professionally.
- Prepare staff schedules and allocate duties effectively.
- Manage banquet inventory, equipment, and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
- Monitor event costs and assist in achieving revenue and profitability targets.
- Prepare event reports and maintain banquet records
