Job SummaryThe Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for increasing revenue, customer footfall, brand visibility, and customer engagement for Taphouse. The role involves executing sales strategies, developing corporate and event business, managing promotional campaigns, and building strong relationships with customers and business partners.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSales ResponsibilitiesGenerate revenue through corporate tie-ups, event bookings, parties, and group reservations.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, event planners, and local businesses.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into business opportunities.
• Conduct sales visits and client meetings to promote Taphouse offerings.
• Marketing ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute marketing campaigns to increase customer footfall and sales.
• Coordinate social media promotions, influencer collaborations, and digital marketing activities.
• Develop and implement local area marketing initiatives.
• Promote special events, live music nights, festivals, and seasonal offers.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Assist in creating marketing content, promotional materials, and advertisements.
• Coordinate with creative agencies and vendors for branding activities.
• Customer EngagementBuild customer loyalty and repeat business through relationship management.
• Gather customer feedback and recommend improvements.
• Maintain a database of corporate and individual customers.
• Support customer retention and membership programs.
• EligibilityGraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in hospitality, restaurants, pubs, hotels, cafés, or events.
• Freshers with exceptional communication and marketing skills may be considered.
