Profile- Procurement & Designing

Experience- 2-3 years

Skills- FMCG procurement & Designing (Gifting company most preferable)

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure gifting products such as dry fruits, teas, packaging materials, and accessories from reliable vendors
• Negotiate pricing, manage vendor relationships, and ensure cost efficiency
• Identify new vendors, products, and trends in the gifting market
• Design and conceptualize gift hampers based on occasions (corporate, festive,
• wedding, etc.)
• Work on packaging aesthetics including box design, color themes, branding, and presentation
• Coordinate with vendors for custom branding (logos, printing, labeling, etc.)
• Ensure quality control of all procured items and final hampers
• Manage inventory levels and maintain procurement records
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop new gifting concepts
• Ensure timely availability of materials for order execution

Skills & Requirements:

• Good knowledge of sourcing and vendor management
• Creative mindset with a strong sense of design and aesthetics
• Basic knowledge of design tools (CorelDRAW, Canva, Photoshop, etc.) preferred
• Understanding of packaging and branding concepts
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines

Preferred Experience:

• 1–3 years in procurement, merchandising, or gifting industry
• Experience in corporate gifting, packaging, or FMCG products is an added advantage
