E-Commerce Manager

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and respond to customer queries received through chat, email, YouTube, and other online platforms in a timely and professional manner.

· Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving issues effectively and ensuring customer satisfaction.

· Develop, implement, and maintain customer service guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

· Delegate tasks efficiently within the team and ensure timely follow-up and completion.

· Monitor daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to company standards.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

· Coordinate with different departments to resolve customer concerns promptly.

· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

· Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

· 2–3 years of experience in E-commerce, Customer Service, Sales, or Administration.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset.

· Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

· Strong organizational and time-management skills.

· Ability to create processes, set guidelines, and ensure compliance.

· Good delegation and follow-up skills.
