Job Description
Key Summary
We are looking for a highly driven and articulate Real Estate Sales Executive to join our luxury and high-value residential/commercial sales team. In this role, you will be the face of our premium property portfolio, dealing directly with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs), corporate buyers, and investors.
Because this role involves conveying high-stakes financial values and negotiating complex deals, a certified V3-V4 (advanced intermediate to fluent proficiency) or V6 (elite client-facing/executive-level proficiency) communication level is strictly required. You must possess the verbal clarity, premium vocabulary, and listening comprehension needed to build trust with sophisticated buyers.
Key Responsibilities
Premium Client Management: Connect with prospective premium buyers, understand their investment portfolios, and pitch high-value real estate projects.
Property Presentations & Site Tours: Conduct flawless, persuasive, and highly professional property tours and virtual presentations for HNWIs and corporate clients.
High-Stakes Negotiation: Lead pricing, payment structure, and contractual discussions, guiding the buyer smoothly from initial interest to closing.
Consultative Selling: Act as a real estate advisor by analyzing market trends, explaining ROI (Return on Investment), and matching the right property assets to the client's financial goals.
CRM & Lifecycle Management: Maintain detailed records of premium leads in the CRM, ensuring structured, high-touch follow-ups without being intrusive.
Required Skills & Communication Benchmarks.
Communication Competency (V3-V4 & V6 Standards):
V3–V4 Profile: Clear grammar, minimal first-language influence (MTI), strong sentence construction, and the ability to explain complex financial/structural property details without hesitation.
V6 Profile: Advanced executive presence, premium vocabulary, conversational active listening, and the ability to seamlessly handle difficult objections or high-stress negotiations with elite clients.
Sales Acumen: Proven track record of hitting sales targets, ideally within real estate, premium automotive, luxury hospitality, or wealth management.
Presentation Skills: Excellent command over tone, pacing, and visual storytelling during property walk-throughs.
Relationship Building: Ability to network effectively and maintain long-term relationships with investors and channel partners.
Qualifications
Experience: 2– 3 years of experience in High-Value Sales (Real Estate experience preferred, or BPO sales background ).
Education: Graduation is mandatory
Assessment Requirement: Candidates must clear our internal or third-party AI voice and communication evaluation framework at the V3/V4/V6 band level during the initial screening round.
