Job Description – Primary Teacher (Classes I to V)
Position: Primary Teacher
Classes: I to V
Subjects: English, Hindi, Mathematics, EVS, General Knowledge, Computer
- Key Responsibilities:Teach all assigned subjects to students of Classes I to V using engaging and age-appropriate teaching methods.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessment materials as per the curriculum.
- Create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and discipline.
- Assess student performance regularly through classwork, homework, projects, and examinations.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, academic progress, and student behavior.
- Identify learning difficulties and provide additional support to students when required.
- Encourage students' participation in co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding students' academic and behavioral progress.
- Participate in staff meetings, training programs, PTMs, and school events.
- Ensure proper classroom management and adherence to school policies.
- Qualifications:Graduate with B.Ed./D.El.Ed. (preferred).
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to use digital teaching tools.
- Experience in primary education preferred.
Job Description – TGT (Classes VI to X) – Mathematics, Science & Social Science
Position: Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT)
Classes: VI to X
Subjects: Mathematics, Science, Social Science
- Key Responsibilities:Deliver subject-specific instruction in accordance with the prescribed curriculum.
- Prepare annual plans, lesson plans, assignments, projects, and assessment tools.
- Use innovative teaching methodologies to improve conceptual understanding and critical thinking.
- Conduct regular assessments and maintain records of student performance.
- Provide remedial support and academic guidance to students requiring additional assistance.
- Prepare students for school examinations, board examinations, and competitive assessments.
- Monitor classroom discipline and maintain a conducive learning environment.
- Integrate technology and practical learning activities into classroom instruction.
- Coordinate with parents and school administration regarding student progress.
- Participate actively in school functions, academic activities, PTMs, and professional development programs.
- Qualifications:Graduate/Postgraduate in the relevant subject with B.Ed.
- Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi communication.
- Prior teaching experience preferred.
Job Description – PGT Chemistry (Classes XI & XII)
Position: Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) – Chemistry
Classes: XI & XII
- Key Responsibilities:Teach Chemistry to senior secondary students in accordance with CBSE/RBSE curriculum requirements.
- Prepare detailed lesson plans, laboratory activities, practical files, and assessment materials.
- Conduct theory and practical classes while ensuring laboratory safety standards.
- Develop students' conceptual understanding, analytical skills, and scientific temperament.
- Prepare students for board examinations and competitive examinations such as JEE, NEET, and other entrance tests where applicable.
- Design and evaluate assignments, projects, practical examinations, and periodic tests.
- Maintain laboratory records, inventory, and practical assessment documentation.
- Provide academic counseling and career guidance related to science streams.
- Analyze examination results and implement strategies for academic improvement.
- Participate in departmental planning, staff meetings, PTMs, and school events.
- Qualifications:M.Sc. Chemistry with B.Ed.
- Strong command of Chemistry concepts and laboratory practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience teaching Classes XI and XII preferred.
- Familiarity with board examination patterns and practical assessment procedures.
