Job Description
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, and orders.
Maintain customer records and update CRM/MIS systems.
Prepare call reports and lead status updates.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns.
Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities through telecalling.
