Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk & Telecalling Specialist to be the face and voice of our organization. In this dual role, you will manage daily front office operations while driving business growth through proactive outbound calling and lead follow-ups.




Key Responsibilities

Front Office & Reception Management


  • Client Experience: Warmly greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Communication: Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls, as well as respond to general email and in-person inquiries.
  • Administrative Support: Manage office supplies, organize meeting schedules, sort mail, and maintain a tidy, professional reception area.
