Job Description
Job Summary:
Our company is looking for a reliable and proactive Operations Executive to manage daily corporate cab operations and ensure smooth transportation services for corporate clients. The role includes client coordination, vendor and client calling, vehicle and driver management, compliance tracking, billing support, data entry, and operational documentation.
The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, good communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high service standards. Regular follow-up with drivers, vendors, and clients is essential to ensure smooth service delivery and timely operations.
We are looking for someone who can work with minimal supervision, handle urgent operational issues, ensure SLA compliance, and support daily transport operations effectively.
Basic computer knowledge required, including MS Excel, Google Sheets, Email handling, and data entry.
