Field Marketing Manager – LubricantsLocation: Nagercoil
Job DescriptionMannol India is hiring an experienced Field Marketing Manager to expand our market presence and strengthen our dealer and distributor network.
- ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute field marketing activities.
- Visit dealers, distributors, and retailers regularly.
- Generate new business opportunities and onboard new dealers.
- Build strong customer relationships.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve targets.
- Requirements3+ years of experience in the lubricant or automotive industry.
- Experience with brands like Castrol, Shell, Gulf, Mobil, Valvoline, TotalEnergies, or similar is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for field visits.
- Valid driving license preferred.
