Job Description
- Handle inbound and outbound client interactions, understand customer requirements, and provide suitable property recommendations.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and follow-up communications to build strong client relationships.
- Maintain regular contact with prospects, address queries promptly, and guide customers throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation, booking procedures, and customer onboarding.
- Achieve sales targets by effectively converting leads into bookings and successfully closing property transactions.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
Experience: Fresher or up to 1 year of sales/customer service experience preferred.
Education: Any Bachelor's Degree.
