Job Description
Job Title: Operations & Growth Executive
Location: Dehradun
Company: Canarycon (Fintech Startup) + Education Institute + Real Estate Project
Role OverviewWe are looking for a reliable, smart, and proactive individual to work directly with the founder in managing day-to-day operations across multiple business ventures. This role involves a mix of office work, coordination, and on-ground execution.
If you are someone who takes ownership and can handle multiple responsibilities, this is a strong learning and growth opportunity.
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily operations and coordination across business activities
- Handle calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and walk-in clients/students
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and site staff
- Track payments, expenses, and basic records using Excel
- Assist in admissions and follow-ups for the institute
- Support in local marketing activities (online + offline)
- Visit site/location when required for supervision and follow-ups
- Maintain schedules, task lists, and ensure timely execution
- RequirementsGraduate (BCom / BBA / MBA preferred)
- 1–4 years of experience (startup / CA firm / small business preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp, and computer usage
- Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred)
- Willingness to handle both office and field work
- Strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving attitude
