Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive/Telecalling Executive who can generate business opportunities by connecting with potential clients, understanding their business requirements, and converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients using company-provided leads and databases.
• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, follow-ups, referrals, and online research.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT and digital marketing solutions.
• Schedule meetings or demos for the Business Development team.
• Follow up with prospective clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Maintain daily call reports and update CRM with lead status.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for proposal sharing and client onboarding.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Basic knowledge of Website Development, SEO, Digital Marketing, Mobile Apps, or Software Services is preferred.
• Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, Email).
• Positive attitude with a target-driven mindset.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA Marketing preferred but not mandatory).
• Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
• Experience in Telecalling, IT Sales, Digital Marketing Sales, or B2B Sales will be an added advantage.
