Job Description
Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to contact prospective and existing customers, generate leads, explain our products/services, and maintain strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain products and services clearly and professionally.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Follow up on customer inquiries and quotations.
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or Excel.
Achieve daily and monthly call and sales targets.
Handle customer queries and resolve basic issues.
Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and follow-ups.
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in English, Kannada, Hindi, or other regional languages.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM).
Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
