Job SummaryWe are seeking a passionate and results-driven Education Counsellor to guide prospective students in selecting the right courses and career paths. The ideal candidate will counsel students, manage admissions, follow up on leads, and ensure a seamless enrollment experience while meeting admission targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel students and parents regarding E Campus courses, programs, and career opportunities.
• Understand students' educational background, interests, and career aspirations.
• Explain course features, eligibility, fees, and learning outcomes.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and online meetings.
• Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into enrollments.
• Assist students throughout the admission and onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and student interactions in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly admission and enrollment targets.
• Coordinate with academic and support teams to provide an excellent student experience.
• Stay updated on E Campus offerings, industry trends, and competitor programs.
• QualificationsBachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in education counselling, admissions, EdTech, or sales is preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
