Job Description

Job Title: Sr. Sales Manager – Real Estate

Location: Sector-54, Golf Course Road, Gurugram

Type: Full-Time | On-site

Experience: 3–5 Years


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and digital platforms
  • Acquire new clients and maintain long-term relationships
  • Conduct meetings and site visits to present property solutions
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth transaction processes

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Own vehicle with a valid driving license
