Sales Executive

Vacancy: Sales ExecutiveWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:• Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers and dealers.

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and coordinate solutions with the support team.

• Regular follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

• Generate new sales through phone calls, WhatsApp, online portals, and other sales channels.

• Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into customers.

• Prepare quotations, follow up on pending orders, and close sales.

• Maintain customer database and sales records.

• Coordinate with dispatch, service, and accounts teams for smooth order processing.

• Collect and update market information, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth objectives.

• Submit daily and weekly work reports to management.

Requirements:• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp, etc.).

• Experience in sales/customer handling preferred.

• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
