Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell residential projects of reputed builders and developers.
Generate leads through outbound calling, corporate visits, and corporate tie-ups.
Handle inquiries from local as well as international clients and provide end-to-end sales support.
Conduct project presentations and site visits for prospective customers.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities and establish partnerships with builders and developers.
Coordinate with clients throughout the sales process, including assistance with home loan requirements and after-sales support.
Required Skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a strong learning attitude.
Target-oriented and passionate about sales.
Confident in interacting with clients.
Basic computer and internet proficiency.
Prior sales experience will be an added advantage.
