Job Title: Travel Consultant / Ticketing & Tours Executive

Location: Rascood

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Travel Consultant to manage ticketing and tour bookings. The candidate will be responsible for handling travel arrangements, checking availability, coordinating with customers and service providers, and ensuring smooth and timely booking services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle ticket booking (flight, train, bus) and tour package arrangements
• Check availability, fares, and schedules for travel services
• Coordinate with customers to understand travel requirements
• Liaise with airlines, hotels, and other service providers
• Ensure accurate and timely booking confirmations
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries
• Maintain booking records and documentation
• Assist in planning customized travel itineraries

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in travel consultancy or ticketing
• Good knowledge of travel booking systems and processes
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, internet, booking tools)
