Job Description
Position: Customer Support Executive (TIRA Cosmetics) / Voice Proces
Job Responsibilities:-
- Handle customer queries and concerns through appropriate communication channels.
- Provide end-to-end resolution and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Take ownership of customer issues and follow through to closure.
- Maintain service quality standards and process compliance.
- Escalate complex issues when required and coordinate with relevant teams.
Eligibility Criteria:-
- Versant V5 certification/score is mandatory.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in E-commerce or Customer Care processes.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to take ownership and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Work Schedule:-
- Shift Timing: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (9-hour shift)
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Weekly Off: Rotational
Compensation:-
- Take-home Salary: 22,000 to 28,000 per month
Location:- Airoli, Navi Mumbai
