About the Role

Immek Softech Academy is hiring an SAP SuccessFactors (SAP SF) Trainer with knowledge of Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP/Payroll). We welcome both freshers with strong SAP SF knowledge and experienced trainers who are passionate about teaching and mentoring students.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver offline classroom training on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP/Payroll).
• Explain SAP SF concepts with real-time business scenarios and practical examples.
• Provide detailed project implementation guidance and end-to-end project explanations.
• Conduct mock interviews and placement preparation sessions.
• Guide students in resume preparation and interview readiness.
• Interact with students regularly, clarify doubts, and monitor learning progress.
• Prepare training materials, assignments, case studies, and assessments.
• Support students with hands-on practice and real-time use cases.
• Maintain an engaging and professional classroom environment.
• EligibilityFreshers with strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors EC & Payroll are welcome to apply.
• Experience as an SAP Trainer is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong student interaction and mentoring abilities.
