Job Summary
Samsung is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineering graduates to join the Production & Quality team. The selected candidates will be responsible for supporting production activities, maintaining quality standards, monitoring manufacturing processes, and ensuring efficient operations while adhering to company policies and safety guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- ProductionMonitor and support daily production activities to achieve production targets.
- Ensure smooth operation of manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Coordinate with production teams to improve productivity and minimize downtime.
- Maintain production records and prepare daily reports.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations.
- QualityPerform quality inspections during incoming, in-process, and final production stages.
- Identify defects and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
- Monitor product quality to meet company standards and customer requirements.
- Assist in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with quality management systems and documentation.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing and production processes.
- Understanding of quality inspection techniques and quality control concepts.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude.
