Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Laser Machine Operator who can operate CypCut software, perform part nesting, and manually create basic shapes for precision laser cutting operations.
Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC/laser cutting machine using CypCut software
- Perform part nesting and set cutting parameters (speed, power, gas)
- Manage machine X, Y axis positioning and perform calibration
- Manually create shapes (flange, rectangle, triangle) apart from nesting
- Inspect finished parts and ensure quality compliance
- Maintain production records and follow safety protocols
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in CypCut software and part nesting
- Knowledge of cutting parameters, X/Y axis, and machine calibration
- Manual drawing/cutting ability for basic shapes
- 1–2 years of CNC/laser machine operating experience
- ITI/Diploma in relevant technical field preferred
